The first Laphroaig to be matured in Pedro Ximenez (PX) sherry casks, Laphroaig PX is a compellingly complex mix of the sweet and smoky. Prior to being finished in the sherry casks, the whisky is matured in American oak and then quarter casks – with each stage delivering its own subtly different characteristics to the final flavour.
